Transfer Request / Impact of reporting to nearest location

Hi, I am reporting to nearest TCS office since last 6 months as my supervisor agreed to report so will it impact anything and till what time I can report to nearest. Also I raised transfer request before completion of 2 years my supervisor has no issues but base location rmg not approving saying you have to complete 2 years at base. But there is no odc at base location as well as nearest office so still they are not approving. Till what time I can report to this nearest location as I want to report to this location only since it is in my hometown.
