Transfer Query
I have raised self initiated request for transfer it is approved by destination rmg ,but my base location rmg is not approving it and saying on bench transfer will not be approved you need to find project first But I can't report to my base branch because of some issue . Please help what I can do in this case
Find a project in destination branch.
But it will take some time and in that I need to report to rmg?
Rmg is basically your immediate supervisor until you're tagged to a project. For RTO Compliance you can visit nearest office, however try to get into a destination project ASAP. Atleast if the RMG receives an email from the project confirming your onboarding and allocation, then the RMG will approve such transfers.
Bro read politics carefully.(Policy Hub-Domestic Transfer) If current request rejects by any chance you won’t be able raise new request for some duration.
In my case both locations RMG had approved without any discussions but had hurdles with project release and PM approvals.
Also you should reschedule dates upto maximum because as per my knowledge it’s allowed me only once.
