Transfer process

Bro if RMG doesn't approve the release just escalate it to his senior and for the case of transfer you should be either 2 years in stay at your base location or the genuine reason like major medical condition of your or any of your guardian,Marriage plans,..etc in your desired location...If you fit any of these conditions,..you are good to go..else you need to get a project in which you can atleast get an access in ODC at your desired location if they having any
