Transfer procedures in TCS
I am working in a project. Can anyone tell me the procedure to get transfer in tcs. Which all approvals required in end to end transfer process?

Bro you can but you should be having project having odc there and min 2 years experience along with strong kind of support from supervisor or else a project and does strong support from supervisor if experience is less than 2 yrs...If the current RMG is ok then there will be nothing in blocking the same..
You have to complete 2 yrs in tcs then your project odc should be there to get approval from HR and the suervisor n RMG will initiate the process
I have received approval from project manager and shared with RMG lead but RMG lead said you have to serve 2 years in base location. Is there any exceptional approval that can help to get the transfer before 2years?
Nah bro you can only if are able to find a project having their odc in that location and support of the supervisor in convincing your RMG and if everything goes well,then nobody could interfere here in getting it through the management of that project..
