Transfer policy ?

Can someone provide details regarding the transfer policy in TCS? I have a total of 7 years of experience and have been on my current project for the last 5 years. I am now seeking a release to move to a different location. My release is planned in a couple of weeks. What is the procedure for this transfer? Do I need to ask RMG to transfer my reporting to the new location's RMG?
