I moved from Gurgaon (Previous Project)to Gujarat (Another Project). I’m getting two option in Employee Movement Transfer and Relocation which to choose can anyone confirm?

I'd say go for "Relocation" if you're moving for the project. It usually comes with benefits like allowances, unlike "Employee Movement Transfer"
