Transfer needed TCS
I am newly married and want to get transferred to tcs Bangalore but RMG people are telling two year policy to stay/serve at the base location.
Need help on what can be done .
Answering ur transfer question: lower RMG is bullshit, they're junk heads. In most cases you won't get a straight forward response on the transfer. It's better to escalate to two or three levels up than ur reporting RMG and explain ur situation. They will help you. In my overall years, I have been to 6 TCS offices in India (internal transfers) and three offices (International relocation) in the USA
So it's easy unless you prove it
I think we can start reporting to other locations if ur odc available..but any issues like laptop u should visit base location
The second part of your response is incorrect. You can get the assets repaired at any TCS locations given you have a ticket raised in the system.
What is your total experience in TCS? Did you try to talk to your supervisor on this.
