I am currently allocated in non-billable project for more than 2 years. WFH is the only comfort. Now I have chance to move to a client project with hybrid type. Need suggestion whether to move out of non-billable project.

Yes leave non billable role, and deny working for non billable as during your promotion you’ll not be considered because you’re a non billable resource
