One of my friend in TCS wants to take transfer Gurgaon to Indore. Does TCS reduce the salary after transfer to less project city?

TCS reducing salary? Typical corporate greed. They should increase it for tolerating Indore's heat. "Sasti roti, mehnga ghee", isn't it? Why not ask TCS about it?
