Transfer from chennai to hyderabad

I am currently working in Chennai while my wife works from Hyderabad. I need to transfer from Chennai to Hyderabad, but despite an ODC being available, there's no WON for the Hyderabad location. I requested my manager to create one, but they are unwilling to do so since WONs are available in Chennai and Bangalore. Can anyone please suggest a solution, as I am facing significant difficulties traveling between Hyderabad and Chennai?
