Please have a talk with your manager and get approval. Then mail your HR asking the same keeping your manager in cc (make sure you get approval from manager and project manager). After HR approval you may be asked to send a approval request mail to RMG along with proofs.

If you really wish to stay here then keep giving medical reasons and take WFH and apply for transfer. They might threatened you and cut some portion of sal.. that's it nothing much.

I guess, as per policy associate has to work 2 years to get elegible for relocation. But u have a medical reason. Mail HR, Manager and ther supervisors in CC and explain ur issue. Also maintain all the conversation through mail.

Yes you can. Go and talk with your manager one to one and tell him or her that you will give the required knowledge transition to your replacement. Also tell him like I have no problems with the project work or team. Only thing is the location. If you would allow me to work open ODC near my hometown that will also be fine. Otherwise WFO exception in the system to work from home. You are giving him multiple options. Let's see what happens.

i also have back problems for which my doctor told me 1 month wfh for which i provided the certificate but hr and tcs doctor only approved 14 days. i don’t think i would be given any exception they are doing what they want they only care about work and deadlines nothing else

Yes you can talk with your manager directly and inform your issue. I am facing same disease , also informed to my manager. Without any pen and paper, he has relocated to my home location .
