I’ll be completing 2yrs with Accenture in this august. I wish to ask for a transfer to Accenture Canada. Is it possible to ask for this just by completing 2yr in here? If yes when should I ask for this transfer? Before august, by august or after august?

I don’t think so you can get transfer, they would rather let you leave and hire fresher instead of you. 2 of my managers moved to USA and UK they asked for a transfer but management didn’t approve
