Trending @Capgemini; Transfer AWS certification to Personal Mail

I've resigned my position here in Capgemini. I've used Capgemini Partner Network to write my AWS certifications - I have 2 with me (Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect Associate). How can I transfer this certifications to my personal email account to retain them. Need help with this.

Do I have to raise support from my partner network email id or just a support ticket is enough, because I've raised one already a month back and I haven't got any replies yet.
