Trajectory for a generalist

I am currently working in a saas startup. The role is super low on impact but pays good (20 LPA). My role here is a generalist (more like a back office to the client facing team). What are the potential career opportunities for me?

I am super confused on the direction of my career. I am myself not sure what I wanna do. Need your advice here pls

I also want to know if there are any opportunities for generalist folks (1 yr exp) to work abroad. If you know anyone, pls share their story
