DLF is useless, other than that others are good. It's about finding learning which you're interested in.

Same feeling here as well. Sometimes I just feel that they included random trainings so that, they get a reason not to give you a hike in case you missed doing one of them. Of course, a very few of them are of use. But mostly the others are a waste of time.

Agree.. keep doing next next and seniors will be roaming with excel sheet to track . Useless
