Training Issue

I'm getting no training from person. Actually I need to reach out to him. He used to ignore me. And project manager ask me about status and progress and want to assign task. That person is only one who handle and know process. May be , he does not want create backup and loose dependency.

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO
