Trending @Accenture; Trained for development but assigned for QA.
I joined as fresher in Accenture and I was trained for Java full stack development. But later I was assigned a role of a tester. Since then its been 4 years I've been in QA and not able to do a career switch to a development role. Is there any scope in QA or am I just fcked up?

Are you in automation? Or Manual?
If Manual switche internally to automation and it has lot of scope.
Manual is sometime anyone can do even non graduate, please don't spoil your life doing something that no one cares.

QA is a dead end. you need to switch to development asap.
