Traffic jam on outer ring road from HSR to Sarjapura signal
Why is there traffic jam daily in morning from hsr layout to sarjapura signal(near manipal hospital). Some might say it’s because of rapido ban but jam is even before banning. I remember before 1-2 months back road used to be less congested.

Yeah, I see that every morning and avoid traveling during that time. Its mostly because there's a lot of people traveling to tech park in Bellandur and marathalli. And half of the traffic problem is because of either bus or autos. And nobody has a disciplined way of driving or riding in bangalore or India.
