Trading/Financial Info Reporting in Deloitte
I recently came accross Tracking and Trading system of Deloitte where we have to report each and every financial details of us and family members. Some stocks might be restricted which are advised to sell off. Some brokerage apps are restricted so it is instructed to transfer it to some Deloitte compliance broker.
A lot of hassle which I had no idea about.
Is this same for all consulting firms like Big 4 , JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc?
So Deloitte guys don’t buy stocks normally? 🤦♂️ Or is it like this rule is not enforced, so most people ignore? I had read this about UBS / Credit Suisse.
Before buying new stocks, we have to check with Deloitte in case it is restricted or not. If it's a restricted entity then we can't buy that stock.
