Toxicity and micromanagement by team leaders/ managers! Is it worth complaining to higher ups ?

No don't complain untill and unless u r an important team member n u have seniors backing else ppl will make ur life hell and will make u feel that it's ur issue. Go for release saying some personal reason n all that
