Trending @Capgemini; Toxic WorkCulture , With No Poper Guidance

I have joined fresher as .net full stack developer trai ee firstly they made me undergo 6 months training and after that due to some emergency i have to go home, i have informed my manager about the same but according to training mentor we are not allowed to go home and i have been batch transferred they have given me new batch after 5 months with same mentor who has problem with me even i have requested them to change the mentor. In new batch i have again done same tech stack training under same mentor and when it is time to give me project they are removing me again by saying that i have not performed well and even they are directlt terminnating employees without even proving them with notice period. And nobody is their in the organization js their to help you. I have recahed out to many senior authorities but they all have said we cant do anything its all on the hands of mentor. Why will the person who have grudges with me and is removing me will save me.. Now i dont know what to do weather i should resign or wait for getting terminated by the hr.

And not of me only this is problem of lots of fresher nobody is their in this organization to help freshers and listen to their queries. No action is taken against the mentor for such behaviors even when some female employees got panic attacks because of this. I am both physically and mentally tired now and do not ha e any clue to how to save my job even after been jn this organization for 14 months.

This is my honest review and experience as an capg employee who has wasterld his energy , money and helth is such toxic and unprofessional organization. I hope this article will be helpful for freshers who are planning to work in capg and also a hope that if some senior authority is reading this can help me.
