Toxic work culture or am I too sensitive?
My team works 12+ hrs daily, weekend work is norm. Manager says "hustle culture" is needed for growth. I feel burnt out but everyone else seems ok with it. Am I the problem?
You just want different things in life apart from work. Nothing wrong with it. But, if you don't want this culture, which isn't a bad thing, you should look to get out
This is not sustainable, neither for you nor anyone else. Find some other job before this burns your health and mental peace.

If you want to hustle do it for yourself to grow, not do repeated corporate shit.
