Toxic work culture Not getting enough time to eat. From morning to till evening 8 need to be stay in meetings. Leads here to manage, they are not doing work. If we have any queries.leads and no one responding.

Hierarchy just wanted to pass on things...ye karo ..vo karo..aur aaram se offline me jayenge ... office politics and favoritism in too real..and sometimes I see literally some dumb seniors( only few) just push info and communicating things done by others and getting visibility #toxic

Just say NO n in meeting also, say "we are shortage of time, lets conclude it"
