Toxic work culture

I am suffering toxic work culture in my current project i.e Morgan Stanley. Everyday the calls are going late night, it’s December and still I m not going in time.

Assigning tasks at last moment and asking to test No perks are given. Too much work pressure is there.

Can anyone tell me the solution how to get rid from it. To switch the job I m still finding out.

Start taking random sick leaves. Quote health issues or get some medical doc and take few days off. Once u take sick leave for few days, your dependency will auto reduce and then work load will be lesser.

If you are doing overtime, start asking for overtime pay according to TCS policy. If you keep working for free, they will take you for granted.

While I do not know the intensity of work pressure or details of project . M sure it is taking a toll on you Probably try to see if you can prioritize
Don't jump immediately what you get on hand Make your own list
