Toxic startup culture

The startup culture is so toxic these days, they literally treat people like slaves now. Hiring krte time team team krenge lekin fir attitude aisa ki jaise mazdoor ho jo dihadi lene aagye ho roz, idk if its the case everywhere but i experienced it in 2 startups in NCR.

It's the same everywhere bro, I've faced it in Mumbai and Bangalore too.

My salary was delayed by two whole months by a "premium" real estate developer. Sab khokhle chochle hain aadhe se zyada.

Startups lack culture and diversity, people hire their friends or relatives and someone from B-Schools directly into managerial roles without prior experience and the worst kind of expectations.

Non toxic startups in India?

After going through so many posts on grapevine..I feel like all the startups in India are toxic only 😕😕

Really want to know which are the startups worthy of joining? Preferably in product roles

Bold of you to keep "non-toxic" and "startup" in the same sentence. 💀
