Trending @Accenture; Toxic project

So basically I joined for an AI position but due to unavailability of the project I've been put in some other unit's internal testing project, so I talked to people lead regarding same, he said you'll be retained in Feb as there's visibility of projects in Feb, shall I trust him on this or look for opportunities outside Accenture? Cons of project:

1. The manager asks to stretch working hours everyday and supports that argument by calling it as this is not a govt job.
2. The manager is checking everyone's last seen every now and then.
3. Assigning work at the last minute of shift and asking to complete it the same day by extending working hrs.
4. Experience is of no use considering my previous experience.
