Record a teams meeting and make sure that manager shouts in the call. Now raise a grievance and show that proof. Pls do this once you get your rating which should be 1-2ns week of April

Three options,

First make recording gather evidence and raise an Internal grievance. Prepare to face alot of clashes. The HR might team up with the manager and senior members then they will make it their lives mission to screw with you during tenure in TCS. Happened to a colleague. He was finally forced to leave and it was a bloody mess. Odd calls, NP extension, delayed relieving letter, etc.

Second Option, fight for release but if you are critical resource or Manager doesnt take it well, they will drag the process and make sure you get a low band. Plus if any grudge is built along the way they try screwing with you. Happened to me personally but then my work outspoke the criticism and new project was super lit but we all leaving as the new senior manager and HR is crap. ( this case is super rare cause new project makes alot of diff )

The best option, drop paper and leave TCS if you have 2 or more YoE. Cause one you get obsolete and two the toxicity aint worth it. There is better opportunity out there.
