Such managers will raise PIP and give feedback after giving release to you.

I have proof answer for you ,If you working from client location then u can give them fake medical certificate and asked I can't come to office so I cant mange this new tech from working home ,and mostly they will not give to WFH they will give relese from their end...ow if u get stuck like me or will be kind of burdon for you.Goi.g through same phase

It's totally about the situation and ppl you have.but there are 2 possibilities: 1 will favors you and the other quite opposite.if you are ready to face anything that comes your way.you can try.

I have also faced the same situation…finally got release after 6 months of wait…now got a good project…so don’t wait ,the situation won’t change…we need to take step…no one bothers about our problem…
