My project manager is really micro-managing one of my senior colleague. He is the humble person, but my manager points out every silly mistake of my senior, be it work related or wfo/wfh related. I am worried he might start doing this with other team members as well, how can we handle this? Earlier we had a different manager but she is on maternity leave now.
