How to deal with toxic managers ? He continuously takes a dig at me and shouts over meetings, it's becoming very hard to maintain your mental health as this has now become a daily procedure. One can handle for few days but can't handle for months. I don't fear that he will remove me from the project, the only thing I fear is that the manager will give me bad ratings...
Firstly You can ask him for release by giving any medical reason and secondly I don't think his rating will do any serious impact on your job.
There are some friends in my contact their managers didn't gave the good rating but still they are doing job and some friends have good rating also but asked them for pip training and termination also.
Just think about your mental health, if it is fine, you will get many other jobs.
