Toxic Indian IT Culture

Imagine being a super senior leader and calling your juniors clown in a group of over 800 people and late insulting the same over a group call. He has also been reported to slap employees in the past, but has always gotten away with it. Also he bagged an insane appraisal this season where a lot of employees got zero appraisal despite the company doing well. Because of such leaders Indian IT is rotting. The corporate ladder privilege is absolutely insane. I guess he also can’t “stare his wife” for longer than 5 minutes.
