Toxic environment in office

In TCS there is a toxic environment in the office

Lots of chatu employees.

Managers hiring from the sales/Bpo team have no technical knowledge.

No relaxation in WFH no long leave even if you have justified and genuine reasons with records.

Only micro-management they are not capable of handling projects professionally and politely.

My manager's language in the office - kya re , kaisa hai re, sale etc.

They spoil the TCS name.

Those who have very chatu only capable to get promotion even if you are more skill than chatu emp and do more work.

The question is how to avoid these and how can we move forward suggestions will be highly and much appreciable.
