I am in a very bad situation that even during my off hours I can't get the things out of my head.
Problem is I was overloaded and i raised concern bcz being sse and i had to groom my tl for 9 months and from my am what i got is all learn in different pace and we shd help...and my tl always take lower env task such as data manipulation and assigning task where in I had to take bug fixing r&d and helping others also. And had to extend my timings also and now I am tl and the manager is saying I shd b like senior manager in terms of handling project and now one more project added for me where in only two members r there and when I said i might need help she is like that's upto u how to handle..and tdy I had a conversation with manager and she is saying since my work is good they are recognising me irrespective of how I treat them .she said when I complaint abt overloaded I am downloading problems where in others can leave early join late even if they don't complete the task it's okay...and lastly what she said is other team member gt lot of scolding and even thgh we can't get much work from that team member , that member has patience . Why shd I take others work also? Favouritism at its peak in my project and and she always say that I shdnt deny any task tell her that i will take once I am done with this even thgh my plate is full. Sometimes her question is do you think that person will be able to complete this task u do this
And she clearly told me one day that she doesn't like me and don't think I am running the project even if I don't exist here it will run smoothly
I don't know how to tackle this situation
I feel anxious my personal life also getting affected
They won't give rolof and now they gave promotion no chance

Bro problem is that you are not giving the right estimate.
If you think work will take two days to complete, tell it straight no need to complete within 1 hour. I have seen many people getting overloaded just because they are not able to say that this work can't be done in such a short time.
One production issue, and they will put all blame of carelessness on you.

You need to raise concern or ask them to hire more resources otherwise there will always be escalation. Let them know that you are the valuable resource and if they lose you, they will lose the client/project too.

I asked them bt they are saying if needed u can pull other team members who are ase and new joines and our work is kind of bug analysis query optimization user story
