Try to fine another job. Ask for referrals. Mostly if your manager or TL do not like you/your behaviour they will put you in PIP

Bring it to the notice of your tl and manager, if they don't agree, inform HR. If HR also can't help you, then you have to complete those, there is no other way unfortunately..
