Had a tough start to year on personal and family front.

Work wise felt overwhelmed today & cried as soon as I came home.
Employees sometimes don't understand the pain what founders go through. I feel a little bit of understanding is needed & I am talking both ways.
Felt like nobody cares at all.
That much of transparency is not available. If you become transparent and tell them you don’t have cash to clear payroll, they will run. Citing one example.
There's nothing even like new year, other than just a conventional arithmetic increment of the "year" field in the date.
Good moments and bad moments are just randomised and don't follow dates since they aren't controlled by hoomans
