Why you hear u feel bored and disheartened still here coz of comfort zone.

So leave your zone and move forward and get good salary based on skill set.

Nobody gone help u expect you. We can just give some advice only

I am TA got promoted this april, got hike + role change , salary changed from 4.3 lpa -> 7.12 lpa, Joined as fresher on dec’21.

Similar pattern, joined in 2022 as Systems Engineer. Salary changed from 4.5 LPA to 7 LPA due to Outstanding and previous Commendable ratings when I got promoted to TA. It’s all about what you are bringing to the table.

TA's min package is 6.25 or 6.5 is what I have heard. So your salary should be 40+ easily.

Who got promoted from sse to TA, for those also I think. 30k after 4 years is too low. Talk to your manager or try Bridge program

We are in same boat I have 5.5 YOE and salary is not even peanuts 6.15 Lpa just becoz I changed domain and tried to learn something new.
