I think it is included. Author is talking about wealth in general that you have accumulated over years. It can be movable or immovable assets

How old are you and how much do u earn. I'm asking because you had written that you aim for 20+ cr in 10 yrs.

My worth is 5+ cr (not including my husband's) and I reached there by capital gain in real estate. I quit my work a few years back and it is really tough to get back on the track.
