Trending @Infosys; Total Productive Utilisation (TPU)

Hi all, does anyone know what Total Productive Utilisation (TPU) means? I’m seeing TPU Target and TPU Actuals on the InfyMe dashboard, but I’m not fully sure how it’s calculated or what exactly it represents. Any insights?

It's about bench or project... how much % they utilises you for production if you r in project the whole year then it's 100% else 2 months bench then 80%
