Torture

I am facing mental tortures in this organisation, can’t able to find new offers in other organisations. Daily sleeping with depression thoughts in my mind.

Can anyone help me to overcome this!

Sorry to hear that you’re going through such a tough time. Your mental health is incredibly important, and no job is worth sacrificing it for. Reach out to friends or family, talk about how you feel.

For your career, try focusing on upgrading your skills, step by step, there are so many online resources. Even dedicating 30 minutes a day can make a difference over time.

Remember, this is a phase, not a destination. Things can and will get better. Don’t give up!

In the future, you'll look back and realize that the things that stressed you out so much today won’t even matter. Life has a funny way of putting things into perspective.

Just fuck TCS and get out of this sh*t bro. Trust me Life is much more better without TCS.
I have been there in same situation and trust me you will just do fine anywhere else.
It's all TCS that is fucking with your mental health just like it did with me.

Hey @FrugalLace , Sry to hear that your have to go theough this. I hwas going through something similar for last few months here are a few steps that I took that might help you as well,

  1. Write down- trust me, just journal your thoughts, everything that you are feeling on a piece of paper.
  2. Once you have your problem infront of you, see if it can be solved by speaking up to someone, what I mean is, if you explain your ordeal, is there some one who can take cognizance and do something about it? If yes, then Speak up and seek that help.
  3. If you can’t do anything, have your non-negotiable in place, this is for your mental and physical health. Before you start your work day, make sure you are doing some meditation/breathing exercise and sme form of workout as a non negotiable activity. This will prepare you to face the day better in case nothing is working for you.
  4. Keep upskilling and looking out for other option.
  5. Seek professional help if you feel it’s all getting too much, talk to your family and friends . No job on this world is worth spoiling your mental and physical health for. Have faith in yourself, it’s just a bad season not a bad life :) good luck !

I had same issue 4 years ago when I was working in manufacturing industry was not able to sleep properly, I was praying and begging God to make everything alright. But it only increased. 4 Years later, I still thank God for not giving me what I asked. I would have never been in a place that I am.

I think this is a phase everyone has to go through and it makes us only stronger. Just stay strong, don't lose hope.

What is your profile? And don't worry, only 3 months of strong will can solve all of this. So, think positive --> seek help --> execute

Hello All, I found a lot of good advice in the above discussion, can anyone suggest to me what technical skills I should go with. I was a functional QA lead in automotive and payment donsin and post maternity leave because of location constraints I joined a production support project as a scrum master. But life is so difficult here no respect no value no credit only blamed and targeted. Having a 2 year old kid and location does not have much scope to switch. Completely frustrated.please Suggest

If you're facing challenges, try reaching out to the CEO or higher management through Teams they might be able to assist. I’m not sure about the new CEO, Krithivasan, but Rajesh Gopinathan was very approachable and kind. I remember being extremely frustrated with my old team and unable to get released from the project. One Saturday night, out of desperation, I randomly messaged him on TCS Teams. To my surprise, the very next day (a Sunday), I received calls from the head of HR and my supervisor. HR took the time to listen to all my concerns, and eventually, both the project HR and my manager agreed to release me from the project.
