Offer 1: Tech Mahindra
- Fixed salary: ₹21 lakhs
- Variable bonus: ₹2/12 lakhs per month (monthly basis)
- Joining bonus: Not mentioned
Offer 2: Capgemini
- Fixed salary: ₹20 lakhs
- Joining bonus: ₹1.8 lakhs (one-time, in November)

Why not to counter tech M offer to capgi and join capgi, btw what's your tech stack?

Depends on what you planning to gain with this switch! Money/Growth. With the above if Money then go for TechM. If not CG. CG does pay less, but you can take benefit in developing and building new skills. CG has a good market presence compared to TechM, which means you get lot of projects across the globe. TechM markets depends on India and US, so follow more on this in business reports like Gartner. Etc.
Bonus: Short term - TechM (low job security), Long term - CG (Good job security).
