I know few vastu that I follow on a regular basis like:

1. Always keep the guest area clean/center of the house
2. Don’t keep torn clothes or shoes in house
3. Light up diya at least 3-4 times in a week
4. Go to temple on your free days
5. Do not leave water in the glass, sip till the bottom
