Trending @Infosys; Top performer lost interest

When I joined Infy, it was dream comes true.. being from average college and landing into tech world was a big thing for me at that time. I have always received OS/ CD ratings throughout my tenure in Infy for 3+ years by all my hard work and dedication. But as efforts have never been rewarded, I lost the interest in my work. My package is below industry standard and expectation from manager is high. I've asked for raise but it is getting dragged. I don't have any financial pressure as I've intentionally kept my expenses low and living debt free. I've saved enough to survive more than 5+ years. The technology I'm currently working is also outdating soon. I'm not considering switching but rather willing to learn high paying AI ML skills and then come back in job market. If I stop working now and do bare minimum, what are the possible scenarios that may occur. I'm also ok if company throw me out of the company. If things escalate from client's side then what's the worst thing can happen. Thanks in advance for your inputs / suggestions.
