I said in some previous post that becoming a sr. Executive in a company is difficult than starting a profitable business. Most of them disagreed.

The article starts with saying ng one must have all answers ready. I have experienced this too. Meeting started to become very stressful. It was like general category student appearing for a competitive exam. One wrong answer you go down 500 ranks. One wrong answer another guy is waiting to prove you are incapable and ready to take your place.
