Trending @Infosys; Too much work pressure and low pay, want 40% hike?

I am working on a demanding project having tight deadlines. Sometimes I sit till 1-2am for defect fixing. But 8 pm is normally every day.

I am having 4.6 yoe and i feel I am not well paid other seems ok to me like 10 day office, team lead and team manager also good but even working hard and giving mine work life balance, manager still gives me met expectation rating (others also got met expectation only). Also project allocation he just assign me 1 month of allocation and at the end of month extend it to another one month not sure about this tactic working like this from previous year. Some of colleges get assigned for year to year basis i think. So I am also confused on this allocation part why not assign a year at once instead increasing month by month.

I got an offer from TCS with 60% hike from current CTC. But tcs has every day office.

Can Infosys give me counter offer may be 40% hike also works for me. Anyone able to get hike based on other offer letter.

Pls let me know your thoughts on this will I join tcs or take counter offer from Infosys and be here only.

Bro..one hand you are saying no work life balance and another hand you are checking to retention with 40% hike. You want to ruin your health with 40% hike even if they give.

Just move on explore oppurtunites outside the infy.

I thought more or less every service based company work like same so I am compromising on this

Infy will not give that. Better to go with TCs or as suggested use this offer to get more
