Trending @Infosys; Too much work pressure
My team almost reduced to half no new hiring happened ,7 persons work done by 3 , I'm the senior developer among 3, and almost doing everything from clients call to sprint planning to deployments , supporting , requirements analysis,go live is in couple of months stressing too much , managers rarely involves and no technical expertise, As a technology analyst and just JL4 ,no hike from more than 2 years since I joined , toxic ba who give his work to me . How can I handle this stressful situation .
Do ur daily hrs , not a min more. Take work in sprint as per capacity only. Discuss with manager , dm too if needed. Mention too much health issues. If no one listens go on sudden sick leaves. If ur the only one holding it together n getting no support, it deserves to crumble n burn.
