Too much stress. Want to quit without an offer. How’s the PM job market these days?
As the title. My current role has become quite stressful and manager doesn’t seem to support either. my manager is trying to scapegoat me with bad product decisions taken before I even joined the company.
I’m considering to quit without an offer as the pressure is driving me insane.

Tough market — Sorry to tell you that. Keep trying tho. Dnt leave without job.

If you have less than 5 years experience, would take you about 2 months to get an offer. If you have 5-12 years of experience, then about 4 months.
If you have that kind of runway and you are ok with being unemployed for that period of time, go ahead and quit. Otherwise, stay put.

Immediate joiner - No location constraint !!
Sometimes, the best decisions come from tough experiences. Due to challenges in my recent project and salary concerns, I have taken the bold step of resigning from TCS without an offer in hand. I am currently serving my last month of notice period and actively exploring new opportunities in Product roles.
With 6+ years of experience in Creative services specialist, Database Management, Infotainment Test Engineering, Agile Practitioner and Product & Project Management in IoT, Education, CBG verticals, I am looking for roles where I can leverage my expertise while continuing to grow in Product based roles with Product companies and Startup's.
