Trending @Wipro; Too much stress in my current project..manager to cluster head is pressuring us to finish our work by asking us to work on weekends as well.
This has been going on from 5-6 months and I am just so done with my project. I don’t know whom to complain as cluster heads are also involved. Can I take this with HR! Will any help come from them? Our project is supposed to end in a month and now the pressure is even more! They won’t release me now. They are asking to work on Saturdays as well. I am ready to take any extreme measure now. Any suggestions please?? Badly in need of some assistance….
Check if you have completed 18 months in the account. If yes you can reach out to rotation team to assign you to a new project. If not then the only option is be a little rogue and ask for release after finding a better project in ijp Final option which is bit tricky is raising an issue with HR either directly or through ombuds
