Trending @Accenture; Too late.. Too complacent

I've been with Accenture for the past six years, primarily working in a data management team that focuses on MS SQL Server, with occasional exposure to legacy .NET systems. Now, I'm looking to make a career move—not just for better compensation, but also to grow and adapt to modern technologies. Although I feel I’ve been a bit complacent, I’m determined to catch up and transition into a .NET full-stack role. I would appreciate guidance on how to prepare for interviews and what technical skills I should focus on to succeed in this field.
