Trending @Cognizant; Today our project ADM- PA's had an call with SSM and HR for promotion!

All 3 to 5 rating guys will have an promotion by filtering by certain criteria (RTO,Skill Up and HM advisory).

1. 1st priority will go for 5 rating and who attend Ofc 5days a week.

2. Cognizant will allocate certain seat to our project,based on that they will provide promotion.

3.There is no cycle promotion from Q2.

4.5 rating with 5 days RTO & skill up completion is the first priority.

5.4 rating with 5 DAYS RTO & skill up completion is the second priority .

6.4 rating with 3DAYS RTO & skill up completion is the Third priority.

7.At last only 3 rating guys will eligible, either waiting for this promotion 😔 better we can switch this he'll!

8.But project Manager doing some Balck magic 🪄 to their right and left hand PA🥁🪇 ( In Hr connect they saying like this , but project mates getting promotion they are 4 rating guys with 3 days RTO ). Then how it is possible! I don't know 🙃
