Yes they get the details from their bosses and HR as per eligibility and they fill in the pros and then it would be submitted with their agreement for promotion that's how it works

As per CTS Cognizant..there is grid for criteria based on YEA rating and designation.. that decides the eligibility and tenure when you will get promoted..pls discuss with your manager ,they can help with that details

Example YEA rating is 5 and ur tenure is 12 months + and you are a process associate .. however technology teams and ops teams have different names for designation.. as per cognizant grades am talking ..you will be eligible for a promotion accordingly as per the YEA rating GRID n Tenure
